Anna Gragossian has 20 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry, with a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and strategic planning. Anna excels in managing complex projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, US and International military organizations, and corporate partners.
As the General Manager at L3Harris, Anna oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Radar and Electronic Warfare business, guiding cross-functional teams in areas such as engineering, manufacturing, supply chain management, and business development, contracts, export and human resources.
She held several roles at L3Harris serving as International Business Development Director, Program Management Director, and Program Manager.
Before joining L3Harris, Anna held a Program Manager role at Eaton Aerospace, where they spearheaded multi-million-dollar contracts, led successful product launches on the F-35 and Boeing 787 platforms, and introduced innovative measures that enhanced efficiency and profitability.
